1. Rental Terms
By renting games from Carnival Board Games, you agree to the following terms:
- Rental period is as agreed upon at the time of booking
- Games must be returned in the same condition as received
- Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable
- Significant damage may incur repair or replacement fees
- Late returns may result in additional charges
2. Sale Terms
For purchased games:
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Games are sold as-is with quality assurance
- Warranty terms apply as per product specifications
- Custom orders may have different return policies
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
- Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking
- Cancellation policies apply as per agreement
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
4. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery and setup services are available as per agreement
- Delivery charges may apply based on location
- Setup and breakdown times will be coordinated
- Client is responsible for providing access to venue
5. Liability
Carnival Board Games is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the use of our games. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe usage and supervision, especially for children.
